Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs stipulates the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in mechanical engineering fields, effective from February 10, 2019.
Minimum Responsibilities After Graduation in the Field of Garment Equipment Repair at College Level - Illustration
According to the regulations on minimum knowledge volume, competency requirements to be achieved by the learner upon graduation at intermediate level, college level in the field, profession of garment equipment repair issued along with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is stipulated that the level of autonomy and minimum responsibilities that learners must achieve after graduating from the college-level garment equipment repair program are as follows:
- Comply with laws and regulations of the enterprise;
- Actively learn, be conscious of striving for advancement in the profession;
- Be aware of the importance of maintaining and repairing equipment to the productivity and quality of products in the garment enterprise;
- Absolutely adhere to technical procedures for maintaining, repairing garment equipment, ensuring safety for people and tools during work;
- Comply with garment equipment management processes in the factory; supervise garment equipment assembly lines; organize the business process of garment equipment and organize the technology transfer for garment factories;
- Be careful, scientific, flexible, and creative in the process of checking, maintaining, repairing, and replacing;
- Take personal responsibility, be subject to supervision by superiors during the process of checking, maintaining, repairing, and replacing parts, subassemblies in garment equipment according to technical requirements and ensuring safety;
- Work independently or participate in teamwork in fluctuating environments; evaluate individual and group work performance; supervise the repair process of assigned team members; take partial responsibility for group work results.
