Minimum Required Knowledge for the Field of Consumer Electronics (College)

Recently, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs issued Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in technical fields of electrical, electronics, and telecommunications.

According to the regulations on minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level and college level in the field of Civil Electronic Engineering, issued together with Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge graduates must attain in the Civil Electronic Engineering field at the college level is as follows:

- State the regulations and standards in technical drawings of the profession;- Explain the operating principles of basic electronic circuits;- Analyze the operating principles of high-tech television receivers;- Analyze the technological processes of assembling, repairing, and replacing electronic device modules and components;- Present the basic knowledge of application programming methods for PLCs and microcontrollers;- Present the intelligent control systems based on artificial intelligence;- Analyze lighting systems;- Present on electromagnetic compatibility;- Analyze the basic business process management in production and technology services;- Analyze the process of planning, organizing implementation, monitoring, checking, and evaluating work results in various departments of enterprises;- Identify the basic tasks in product quality management of technological devices;- Identify the shift handover process and job logging;- Present the basic knowledge of occupational safety;- Present the industrial hygiene rules, environmental protection, energy-saving practices, and prevention of harmful emissions to the environment;- Present the basic knowledge of politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, and physical education as prescribed.

The details are stipulated in Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, effective from February 10, 2019.
