Recently, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs issued Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in technical fields of electrical, electronics, and telecommunications.
Minimum Knowledge of Operation and Maintenance of Refrigeration Equipment (Intermediate Level) - Illustrative Image
According to the Regulations on the minimum volume of knowledge, the competencies that learners must achieve after graduation from intermediate and college levels in the field of operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment issued together with Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge that must be achieved after graduating from the intermediate level in the field of operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment is as follows:
- Describe the standard regulations in drawings for the operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment;
- Describe the operating principle of the refrigeration system;
- Describe the structure principles and operating principles of refrigeration equipment, control devices, measurement, and inspection devices;
- Explain the methods of calculating thermal balance and the preliminary calculation methods for the cooling capacity of refrigeration equipment;
- Describe the technical characteristics and specifications of components, some assemblies, and refrigeration equipment in industrial, residential, and commercial refrigeration systems;
- Explain the procedures for operating, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration equipment in industrial, residential, and commercial settings;
- List the phenomena, causes of failures, and inspection, repair, replacement methods for refrigeration equipment;
- Explain safety measures for fire prevention, accident prevention, and first aid methods for victims;
- Describe the requirements and measures to implement the greening of the profession in the operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment;
- Present basic knowledge about politics, culture, society, law, national defense, security, and physical education according to regulations.
