From February 10, 2019, Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (BLDTBXH) stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications will take effect.
Minimum Knowledge in Maritime Electrical Technology at College Level - Illustrated Image
According to the Regulations on minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners should achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and college levels in the field of maritime electrical technology issued with Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge that learners must achieve upon graduation in maritime electrical technology at the college level includes:
- Analyzing applications of various electrical materials;
- Describing structure, analyzing working principles, and applications of electronic components;
- Describing structure and analyzing the working principles of electrical apparatus;
- Describing structure and analyzing the working principles of various types of electric machines;
- Describing power generation stations and analyzing methods of electrical energy distribution on ships;
- Analyzing principles of control and regulation of electric drives for systems such as steering systems, cargo handling systems, anchor winch systems, pump systems, ventilation systems, and other electric drive systems on ships;
- Analyzing the layout of communication signal systems on ships;
- Describing structure and analyzing working principles of automatic inspection systems on ships;
- Describing structure and analyzing the working principles of automatic control systems on ships;
- Presenting principles of work safety, industrial hygiene, and fire and explosion prevention;
- Presenting basic knowledge of politics, culture, society, law, national defense, and physical education as prescribed.
