On December 28, 2018, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (Bo Lao Dong - Thuong Binh va Xa Hoi - BLDTBXH) issued Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduating from intermediate and college levels in mechanical engineering fields.
Minimum Knowledge of Fabrication Fitting at Intermediate Level - Illustrative Image
According to the regulations on the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level and college level in the field of fabrication fitting, issued together with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH specifying the minimum knowledge that learners must achieve after graduating in the fabrication fitting field at the intermediate level as follows:
- Can present the technical requirements for labor safety and industrial hygiene;
- Can draw manufacturing and assembly drawings at a simple level;
- Can read the symbols, signs, and technical requirements of mechanical drawings;
- Can present the structure, working principle, and function of measuring tools;
- Can present machining techniques and detail manufacturing techniques using hand tools such as: chiseling, filing, sawing, cutting, bending, straightening, riveting, grinding, thread cutting, metal scraping, etc.;
- Can present the method of measuring and determining values of certain types of measuring tools;
- Know the method of selecting and properly using standard groups of materials according to TCVN and international standards;
- Can present the principles of operating machine tools;
- Can present the method of compiling technological manufacturing processes;
- Can present the principles of disassembly and assembly, characteristics of assembly joints and fitting policies between components;
- Can present the methods of assembly, repair, adjustment of jigs, and stamping molds, etc.;
- Can present methods of product quality inspection;
- Can present basic knowledge on politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, and physical education as prescribed.
