Minimum Knowledge in Manufacturing Technology of Rubber Products

From February 10, 2019, Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs stipulates the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate level and college level in fields of materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technology industries.

According to the regulations on minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate level and college level in the technology sector for producing rubber products, issued along with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge students must achieve upon graduating in the rubber product manufacturing technology sector at the college level includes:

- Analyze the fundamental knowledge of general chemistry, analytical chemistry, and natural rubber;

- Analyze the structure, composition, properties, and factors affecting raw rubber latex;

- Explain the structure, operating principles, features, applications, operation and maintenance procedures of the tools and equipment used in the production of rubber products, and assess their product quality;

- Analyze the production processes of various rubber products: belts; conveyor belts; rubber pipes; tires, tubes; various seals, gaskets and rubber parts; mattresses, foam rubber sheets; various rubber membranes and adhesives…;

- Present the criteria for raw rubber products;

- Evaluate product quality according to National Standards TCVN;

- Explain the importance of labor safety and industrial hygiene in production;

- Present basic knowledge on politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, and physical education as regulated.
