Minimum Knowledge After Graduation from Intermediate Level in Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing

On February 10, 2019, Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (BLDTBXH) promulgating regulations on the minimum amount of knowledge, competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate level, college level in mechanical engineering fields will take effect.

According to the Regulations on the Minimum Knowledge Volume, competence requirements to be achieved by learners after graduation from intermediate and college levels in the field of mechanical equipment manufacturing issued together with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in the field of mechanical equipment manufacturing is as follows:

- Describe the construction diagram and working principles of common and modern mechanical transmission structures;

- Know the methods for selecting materials and equipment suitable for manufacturing requirements;

- Understand the methods for reading construction drawings and related documents;

- Describe the calculation methods, layout planning, and material-saving techniques for metal cutting;

- Analyze the technological process of manufacturing mechanical equipment and develop the technological process;

- Describe safety, fire prevention, industrial hygiene, and scientific workplace organization;

- Describe and plan tasks in mechanical equipment manufacturing;

- Describe basic knowledge of politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, and physical education according to regulations.
