Minimum Knowledge After Graduation from Intermediate College Major in Rubber-Based Products Production

On December 28, 2018, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 46/2018/TT-BLD-TBXH stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate or college levels in various fields including materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technologies.

According to the Regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the field of rubber product manufacturing technology issued with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge students must achieve after graduating in the field of Rubber Product Manufacturing Technology at the intermediate level is as follows:

- Able to present fundamental knowledge of general chemistry, analytical chemistry, and natural rubber;

- Describe the structure, components, properties, and factors affecting raw rubber latex;

- Present the structure, operational principles, features, uses, operational process, and maintenance procedures of tools and equipment used in manufacturing rubber products;

- Describe the stages in the production process of various rubber products: belts; conveyor belts; rubber pipes; rubber tires and tubes; various gaskets, seals, and rubber fittings; mattresses, rubber foam sheets; various thin films and rubber adhesives...;

- Describe the process of analyzing the criteria of raw rubber products;

- Present the importance of labor safety and industrial hygiene in production;

- Present basic knowledge of politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, and physical education according to regulations.
