Minimum Autonomy Level of the Technical Technology Industry VLXD at the Intermediate Level

On February 10, 2019, Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH was issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (BLDTBXH), stipulating the minimum knowledge volume, and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate level and college level in fields of materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technology sectors will take effect.

According to the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate and college levels in construction materials engineering technology, issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum level of autonomy and responsibility that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in construction materials engineering technology is as follows:

- Personal responsibility and responsibility towards the group;

- Responsibility for the work results of oneself and the group to the leaders of agencies, organizations, and enterprises;

- Ability to handle work in changing work conditions;

- Evaluating the quality of products after completing the results of the group's members;

- High awareness in managing the exploitation of building materials to ensure compliance with legal processes and regulations concerning the production of building materials;

Furthermore, after graduation, learners will be capable of meeting the requirements of job positions in the industry, including:

- Raw material processing, material preparation for production;

- Shaping and decorating products;

- Heat processing of products;

- Categorizing, finishing, and packaging products;

- Quality control of products.
