Minimum Autonomy Level of the Fisheries Refrigeration and Electrical Engineering Sector (College)

On December 28, 2018, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) issued Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications.

According to the Regulations on the Minimum Volume of Knowledge, Competency Requirements for Learners Graduating from the Intermediate Level, College Level in the Fisheries Refrigeration Engineering Sector issued with Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum requirements for autonomy and responsibility that learners achieve after graduating from the Fisheries Refrigeration Engineering sector at the college level are as follows:

- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the agency, unit; regulations on labor safety, fire prevention, and fighting;

- Show concern and care for customers and colleagues with a courteous and friendly attitude;

- Comply with legal regulations in business;

- Have a sense of responsibility in using and maintaining assets;

- Possess professional ethics, industrial manner, organizational discipline, and responsibility in the use and maintenance of common assets;

- Work independently or in groups, cooperate with colleagues to solve complex tasks and issues in changing work conditions to effectively perform assigned duties;

- Proactively propose, develop plans, and organize the execution of work;

- Take responsibility for evaluating the quality of work after completion and the performance of oneself and group members before the agency, organization, or unit leadership;

- Have a sense of learning and training to improve professional knowledge and skills.

Detailed regulations are provided in Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, effective from February 10, 2019.
