- When collecting revenue from the provision of public utility irrigation products and services, units shall issue service provision invoices in accordance with the regulations stipulated in Decree 51/2010/ND-CP, Decree 04/2014/ND-CP amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree 51/2010/ND-CP, Circular 39/2014/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of Decree 51/2010/ND-CP and Decree 04/2014/ND-CP on sales invoices, provision of services invoices, and any substitute or amended documents.- The revenue from the provision of public utility irrigation products and services, after fulfilling obligations to the state budget as prescribed by law, will be retained by the unit for use in accordance with legal regulations.
