Note: The base level to determine the preferential allowance levels for people with meritorious services to the revolution in Vietnam as stipulated in Decree 58/2019/ND-CP is VND 1,624,000, applicable from July 01, 2019.

Additionally, Decree 58 also stipulates the injury allowance levels for war invalids and those entitled to policies like invalids as provided in Appendix II; the injury allowance levels for type B invalids as stipulated in Appendix III.
