Level of Autonomy to be Achieved after Graduating from Intermediate Program in Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing

On February 10, 2019, Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) regulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in mechanical engineering and related fields will take effect.

According to the Regulation on the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate and college levels in the field of mechanical equipment manufacturing, issued together with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum autonomy and responsibility level that learners must achieve after graduating from the Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Intermediate Program are as follows:

- Be responsible for personal work results in front of the leaders of agencies, organizations, and enterprises;

- Have the ability to solve work in changing working conditions;

- Be responsible for maintaining equipment and tools;

- Be serious in work;

- Be self-conscious in learning to improve professional qualifications;

- Work independently, coordinate within a team, and collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks well;

- Comply with the rules and regulations of workshops and factories regarding labor safety and environmental hygiene;

- Perform well fire and explosion prevention tasks.
