On December 28, 2018, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 46/2018/TT-BLD-TBXH stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate or college levels in various fields including materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technologies.
The level of autonomy and responsibility after graduation in Automotive Technology Vocational Training - Illustration
In the Regulations on minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners need to achieve after graduating from intermediate vocational education, automotive technology specialties issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum levels of autonomy and responsibility to be achieved after graduating from intermediate-level automotive technology are prescribed as follows:
- Working independently in changing working conditions, taking personal responsibility and partial responsibility for the group;
- Guide and supervise others to perform predetermined jobs;
- Evaluate the group's activities and performance results;
- Love the profession, have a sense of community, a good sense of responsibility, proper attitude in professional demeanor, and carefully and meticulously solve job-related issues;
- Good teamwork spirit, proactive in performing assigned tasks and having an industrial working style;
- Strictly adhere to occupational safety, labor protection, and fire prevention and fighting regulations;
- Have a sense of learning and training to improve professional qualifications and vocational skills.
