Level of Autonomy and Responsibilities Required After Graduating from College of Automotive Technology

On February 10, 2019, Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (BLDTBXH) stipulating the minimum knowledge volume, and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate level and college level in fields of materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technology sectors will take effect.

Pursuant to the Regulation on the minimum amount of knowledge and the competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level, college level in the field of automotive technology, issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum degree of autonomy and responsibility to be achieved after graduating with a college degree in automotive technology is as follows:

- Work independently or in groups, solve complex tasks and problems in changing working conditions;- Guide and supervise others in performing tasks; take personal responsibility as well as group responsibility;- Evaluate the quality of work after completion and the performance results of group members;- Possess professional ethics, community awareness, a good sense of responsibility, an appropriate attitude in professional conduct, carefulness, and meticulousness in work;- Exhibit good team cooperation, proactively perform assigned tasks, and demonstrate an industrial demeanor;- Strictly comply with regulations on labor protection, occupational safety, and fire prevention and control;- Have a continuous learning and training spirit to improve professional qualifications and job skills.
