Level of Autonomy and Responsibilities Post-Graduation in the College-Level Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Program

Recently, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs issued Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate level and college level in mechanical engineering fields.

According to the provisions on the minimum amount of knowledge and requirements for competence that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the mechanical equipment manufacturing sector promulgated with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum degree of autonomy and responsibility that learners must achieve after graduating from the college level in mechanical equipment manufacturing is as follows:

- Take responsibility for the results of their own and the group's work to the leaders of agencies, organizations, and enterprises;- Have the ability to resolve complex tasks and issues under changing working conditions;- Provide minimal guidance and supervision to subordinates in performing specified tasks;- Maintain a sense of responsibility in the preservation of tools and equipment;- Be serious about work;- Engage in continuous learning to enhance professional expertise;- Work independently, in groups, and collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently;- Comply with the regulations and rules of workshops and factories;- Adhere to labor safety and environmental sanitation regulations, fire and explosion prevention measures;- Assess the quality of products upon completion and the performance of group members.
