Level of Autonomy and Minimum Responsibility of the Mold Manufacturing Industry at College Level

On February 10, 2019, Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by BLDTBXH regulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in mechanical engineering fields will take effect.

According to the Regulations on the minimum volume of knowledge and the competencies that students must achieve after graduating from intermediate level and college level in the mechanical equipment manufacturing sector, issued together with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the degree of autonomy and minimum responsibility that students must achieve upon graduating in the mold manufacturing sector at the college level is stipulated as follows:

- Possess ethical qualities, professional demeanor, and civic responsibility, always striving to complete tasks: proactively grasp information about the workplace: scale, equipment, workshops, rules, and regulations; proactively determine the purpose, requirements, products, and rules of the job;

- Responsibility, ethics, professional demeanor, and service attitude: having a proper professional motivation, diligence, creativity in work, awareness of labor discipline, and respect for the rules of the agency or enterprise;

- The ability to update knowledge and be creative at work: capable of adapting to different working environments (domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises);

- Taking responsibility for the results of personal and group work before the leadership of agencies, organizations, and enterprises;

- Ability to solve complex issues in changing working conditions;

- Providing minimum guidance and supervising subordinates to perform designated tasks;

- Evaluating the quality of products after completing the group's performance results.
