On December 28, 2018, Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH was issued by BLDTBXH, stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge, and the competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and veterinary medicine.

As stipulated in the regulation on the minimum volume of knowledge and the competencies that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level, associate degree in Veterinary Services, issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is provided that after graduating from the Veterinary Services associate degree program, learners must possess the competencies to meet the requirements for the following job positions in the industry:
- Disease prevention and control;- Diagnosing and treating diseases;- Semen extraction and preparation;- Veterinary obstetrics practices;- Veterinary extension services;- Marketing of veterinary drugs and animal feed;- Business management of veterinary drugs and animal feed;- Pet care services.
Additionally, learners are also capable of further learning and advancing their education. Specifically:
- The minimum volume of knowledge and competencies that learners must achieve after graduating from the Veterinary Services associate degree program enables them to continue advancing to higher levels;- Graduates possess the capability to self-learn and update scientific and technological advancements within their field to enhance their qualifications or to pursue higher levels within the same specialty or within related fields.
