On December 28, 2018, Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH was issued by BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and college levels in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, and veterinary medicine.
Job positions after graduating from College major in Aquaculture - Illustration
According to the Regulations on minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level, college level in saltwater and brackish water aquaculture, issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is stipulated that after graduating from the college level in the saltwater and brackish water aquaculture major, students will have the competency to meet the requirements for job positions in the industry, including:
- Production of crustacean seed;
- Production of marine fish seed;
- Production of mollusk seed;
- Production of aquaculture feed;
- Disease prevention and treatment for aquatic animals;
- Seaweed cultivation;
- Marine shrimp farming;
- Marine fish farming;
- Mollusk farming;
- Business in aquaculture commodities and services.
Furthermore, the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the college level in the saltwater and brackish water aquaculture major can be further developed at higher levels.
After graduation, learners possess the ability for self-study, and self-updating of scientific and technological advancements within the industry to enhance their skills or pursue continuous education leading to higher qualifications within the same major, group, or field of training.
