Recently, the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) issued Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in fields such as materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technologies.

According to the Regulation on minimum knowledge volume, competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college level in the field of artificial board production technology, issued as attached to Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTTBXH, the artificial board production technology at college level is an industry that uses wood and glue as the main raw materials to produce artificial boards used in wooden furniture production and construction, meeting the requirements of level 5 in the Vietnamese National Qualifications Framework.
The production process is conducted according to national and international standards, comprising tasks: producing wood chips, pressing chipboard; producing fiber and pressing fiberboard; producing joined board blanks; producing joined slats, assembling boards; producing thin boards, pressing plywood.
During the production of various types of artificial boards, a wide range of machines, equipment, and tools from simple to complex are used in each production stage. Due to the nature of artificial boards being an input material for various production fields, numerous technical, environmental standards, and modern technologies from both domestic and international sources are applied in the production process.
After graduation, students of the Artificial Board Production Technology program at the college level have the ability to proactively organize group work and manage assigned production workshops, shifts, and teams; possess responsibility and labor discipline by following the regulations in the production process; have adequate health, stable mentality, and quick reflexes to ensure safety at work...
Minimum knowledge volume: 2,345 hours (equivalent to 85 credits).
