Implementation Period for Land Inventory Applied from March 1, 2019

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment recently signed and issued Circular 27/2018/TT-BTNMT regulating the statistics, inventory of land, and development of current land use maps.

According to Circular 27, the land inventory and periodic land use status mapping every 5 years are calculated up to December 31 of the years ending in 4 and 9. The implementation time and the deadline for submitting reports on the results of land inventory and periodic land use status mapping every 5 years are specified as follows:

- The People's Committee of the commune level shall commence implementation from August 01 of the inventory year; complete and submit the report results to the People's Committee of the district level before January 16 of the following year;- The People's Committee of the district level shall complete and submit the report results to the People's Committee of the provincial level before March 01 of the following year;- The People's Committee of the provincial level shall complete and submit the report results to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (TNMT) before April 16 of the following year;- The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (TNMT) shall complete and report the results to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam before June 16 of the following year;
