On June 26, 2014, Decree 64/2014/ND-CP was issued by the Government of Vietnam, detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Citizen Reception.
For cases involving multiple individuals filing complaints, denunciations, recommendations, or reflections on the same matter, the competent authorities and organizations must coordinate in handling according to the provisions of Decree 64/2014/ND-CP, specifically:
- The Citizen Reception Committees at all levels are responsible for closely coordinating with the agencies and organizations participating in regular citizen reception at the Citizen Reception Offices, related agencies, organizations, units, and Inspectorate of all levels in handling cases where multiple individuals file complaints, denunciations, recommendations, or reflections on a single matter.- Agencies and organizations participating in regular citizen reception at Citizen Reception Offices, and Inspectorate of all levels are responsible for closely coordinating with the Citizen Reception Committees in handling cases where multiple individuals file complaints, denunciations, recommendations, or reflections on a single matter.- Relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for closely coordinating with the Citizen Reception Committees in citizen reception, providing related information and documents, resolving cases within their jurisdiction, mobilizing persuasion, taking measures to have citizens return to their localities, and applying other measures to handle cases where multiple individuals file complaints, denunciations, recommendations, or reflections on a single matter.
