How many specialized departments does the Provincial Reproductive Health Care Center have?

Circular 59/2015/TT-BYT stipulates that the Provincial Reproductive Health Care Center includes the following specialized departments:

- Department of Maternal Health and Family Planning;- Department of Child Health and Malnutrition Prevention;- Department of Adolescent and Youth Reproductive Health;- Department of Reproductive Support and Andrology;- Specialized Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic. Particularly, the forms of General Clinics and Maternity Homes can only be implemented when there are sufficient conditions as prescribed by relevant laws, in alignment with the State's development plan for the healthcare system in the province, and with authorization from a competent state authority.

In addition to the aforementioned departments and rooms, based on the work demands and specific capabilities of the Center, a competent state authority may establish additional departments and rooms when conditions are met and according to the law.

Additionally, the Circular provides detailed regulations on the tasks of the Organization - Administration Office of the Provincial Reproductive Health Care Center as follows:

- Serving as the focal point to assist the Director of the Center in organizing and managing officials, public employees, and workers; implementing salary policies, commendation, discipline, and internal political protection in accordance with the law;- Organizing administrative tasks, management, IT application, documentation, and archiving to support the activities of the Center;- Coordinating with departments and rooms in training and continuous training efforts;- Collaborating with departments and rooms to organize workshops, conferences, and training on reproductive health care;- Managing the Center's infrastructure and assets;- Implementing statistical and reporting policies as prescribed;- Performing other tasks and authorities assigned by the Director of the Center.
