- Copies of degrees and certificates shall follow Article 4, Article 5 of Joint Circular 36/2014/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV issued by the Minister of Education and Training and the Minister of Home Affairs, stipulating codes and standards for professional titles of public employees teaching at public higher education institutions.
