Guidelines for Determining Salaries and Bonuses in the Credit Guarantee Fund

This is a noteworthy content in Circular 04/2019/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of labor management, salaries, remuneration, and bonuses for the Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises.

The management of labor, determination of salary funds, salary fund advances, salary distribution, and bonuses are regulated by Circular 04/2019/TT-BLDTBXH as follows:

- The credit guarantee fund manages labor, determines the planned salary fund, actual salary fund, advances and distributes salaries, and bonuses for employees according to Section 2; Articles 9, 10, 13, Section 3 and Section 4 of Circular 26/2016/TT-BLDTBXH.- When determining the planned average salary, actual average salary to calculate the planned salary fund, actual salary fund according to Articles 9 and 14 of Circular 26/2016/TT-BLDTBXH, the profit indicator is calculated as the difference between total income and total expenses of the credit guarantee fund.
