Circular 19/2018/TT-BQP stipulates the titles of officers in the Military Enforcement Sector, issued on February 09, 2018. Notably, it includes provisions on the general standards for officers in the Military Enforcement Sector.
To be specific, according to the instructions in Circular 19/2018/TT-BQP, the general standards for officers in the Military Enforcement Sector include:
First, absolute loyalty to the interests of the Communist Party, the nation - the people; steadfastness in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, and the ultimate aim of national independence and socialism.
Second, exemplary in ethical qualities; diligence, thrift, integrity, righteousness, impartiality; free from corruption, opportunism, and personal gain; polite and cultured in communication and public service.
Third, constantly aware of enhancing personal qualities, professional competency, and skills.
Fourth, meeting the age requirements set forth in the Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army, the Law on Professional Soldiers, Military Workers, and Defense Public Employees; satisfying all training criteria stipulated by law; and having the health to fulfill the assigned duties.
