This is one of the noteworthy contents mentioned in the Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcoholic Beverages, which officially took effect from January 1, 2020.

Starting from January 1, 2020 (the effective date of this Law), establishments selling alcohol and beer for on-site consumption must remind and appropriately inform customers not to operate vehicles and assist customers in renting and using public transportation after drinking alcohol or beer.
Additionally, establishments selling alcohol and beer must be responsible:
- Comply with the legal regulations on the business conditions for alcohol and beer; advertising, promotion, sponsorship, food safety, quality, standards, technical regulations, and labeling of alcohol and beer.
The information about alcohol and beer products must be accurate and scientific.
- Provide complete and accurate information about the business activities of the establishment upon request by competent authorities.
- Do not employ individuals under 18 years of age directly in the business or advertising of alcohol and beer.
- Recall and handle alcohol and beer that fail to meet quality and food safety standards produced or traded by the establishment in accordance with food safety laws.
- Establishments selling alcohol and beer must post a notice prohibiting the sale of alcohol and beer to individuals under 18 years old. In case of doubt about the age of the purchaser, the seller has the right to request the purchaser to present identification.
Notably, from the effective date of the Law on Prevention and Control of Alcohol-Related Harm 2019, business establishments are not allowed to open new points for on-site alcohol and beer consumption within a 100-meter radius from the premises of medical establishments, nurseries, kindergartens, preschools, and general education institutions.
