Forms of organizing humanitarian healthcare in Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam approved Circular No. 30/2014/TT-BYT on humanitarian healthcare.

Circular No. 30/2014/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam specifies the forms of organizing humanitarian healthcare as follows:

- Humanitarian healthcare facilities, including one of the following forms:

+ General hospitals, specialized hospitals, traditional medicine hospitals;

+ Clinics, including polyclinics, specialized clinics and traditional medicine clinics;

+ Maternity wards;

+ Medical imaging clinics, testing laboratories;

+ Medical service providers including those providing injection, dressing change, pulse counting, temperature and blood pressure measurement, in-house healthcare, emergency and patient transport services.

- Domestic humanitarian healthcare delegations.

- Foreign humanitarian healthcare delegations.

- Mobile red cross healthcare teams.

- Domestic or foreign individuals that provide humanitarian healthcare.
