Forms of Examination, Testing, and Graduation Assessment for College, Vocational College, and Primary Levels of Distance Learning

That is the regulation mentioned in Circular 33/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs concerning regulations on training at college, intermediate, and elementary levels through distance education and guided self-study.

According to the provisions of Circular 33/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the examination, testing, and recognition of graduation can be conducted directly or indirectly, but must ensure objectivity, transparency, and the correct assessment of the learner's accumulated abilities, knowledge, and skills during the learning process.

This Circular clearly states that inspection, examination, and recognition of graduation for distance learning and guided self-study should be implemented according to the provisions of Circular 09/2017/TT-BLDTBXH dated March 13, 2017, by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, stipulating the organization of training programs at intermediate and college levels according to annual system or module/credit accumulation; regulations on inspection, examination, and recognition of graduation for college and intermediate levels; Circular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH for primary level.

Furthermore, this new Circular stipulates that distance learning and guided self-study materials include:

- Main study materials (programs, textbooks, guidance documents...) designed to provide the full content of the training program so that learners can study and research by themselves.- Supplementary study materials (software, tapes, videos, printed books, guidance documents, simulated practical exercises...) designed to provide learners with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the main study materials.
