Five Conditions Required for National Defense Public Employees

This is the content stipulated in Circular 201/2016/TT-BQP which prescribes the list, standards, and job title codes of national defense public employees.

According to the provisions of Circular 201/2016/TT-BQP, defense public employees working in specific military professions must meet the following conditions:

- Firm political stance, good moral character.- Foreign language proficiency of level 2 or higher as stipulated in Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDDT issued on the framework of Vietnam’s six-level language proficiency.- Computer proficiency meets basic information technology skills standards as stipulated in Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT on Standards of information technology skills.- Appropriate age and health for the position held.- Scientific, cautious, and accurate working style.

Also according to Circular 201/2016/TT-BQP, preschool teachers who are defense public employees must meet the standards specified in Inter-Circular 20/2015/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV.
