Exemption from Legal Training for Various Individuals

1. Have been a judge, prosecutor, investigator;
2. Professor, Associate Professor in Law; Doctor of Law;
3. Have been a senior examiner in the Court sector, senior inspector in the Prosecutor sector; senior specialist, senior researcher, senior lecturer in the field of law;
4. Have been a principal examiner in the Court sector, principal inspector in the Prosecutor sector; principal specialist, principal researcher, principal lecturer in the field of law.

The above-mentioned subjects must have documentation proving they are eligible for exemption from legal practice training. To be specific:

- A copy of the appointment decision for a judge, prosecutor, investigator or the resolution of the People's Council, the election record of the People's Council for the case where the judge is elected by the People's Council at district or provincial levels.- A copy of the decision conferring the title of Professor, Associate Professor in law or a copy of the Doctor of Law degree.- A copy of the appointment decision for senior examiners in the Court sector, senior inspectors in the Prosecutor sector, senior specialists, senior researchers, senior lecturers specializing in law or the appointment decision for principal examiners in the Court sector, principal inspectors in the Prosecutor sector, principal specialists, principal researchers, principal lecturers specializing in law.- A certificate confirming the duration of working in the legal field from the agency where the individual works.- Other legal documents proving the individual is exempt from legal practice training; exempted from or reduced the apprenticeship period for legal practice.
