Establishment of Ia Jloi Commune and Ia Rve Commune under Ea Sup District, Dak Lak Province

Establishing Ia JLoi Commune and Ia RVe Commune under Ea Sup District, Dak Lak Province (Illustration)

Specifically, Decree 47/2006/ND-CP adjusts administrative boundaries and establishes Ia JLoi Commune and Ia RVe Commune under Ea Sup District, Dak Lak Province as follows:

1. Establishing Ia JLoi Commune under Ea Sup District based on 27,320 hectares of natural area and 5,789 inhabitants of Ia Lop Commune.

- Ia JLoi Commune has 27,320 hectares of natural area and 5,789 inhabitants.- Administrative boundaries of Ia JLoi Commune: East borders Ea H'Leo District; West borders Ia Lop and Ia RVe Communes; South borders Ea Rok Commune; North borders Gia Lai Province.- After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Ia JLoi Commune, Ia Lop Commune remains with 19,253 hectares of natural area and 3,890 inhabitants.

2. Establishing Ia RVe Commune under Ea Sup District based on 11,316 hectares of natural area and 1,082 inhabitants of Ea Bung Commune, and 11,398 hectares of natural area and 2,201 inhabitants of Ya To Mot Commune.

- Ia RVe Commune has 22,714 hectares of natural area and 3,283 inhabitants.- Administrative boundaries of Ia RVe Commune: East borders Ea Rok, Ia Lop, and Ia JLoi Communes; West borders the Kingdom of Cambodia; South borders Ea Bung Commune; North borders Ia Lop Commune.- After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Ia RVe Commune, Ea Bung Commune remains with 28,408 hectares of natural area and 3,253 inhabitants, and Ya To Mot Commune remains with 9,028 hectares of natural area and 3,926 inhabitants.

Additionally, this Decree adjusts 1,576 hectares of natural area of Ea Bung Commune under Ea Sup District to be managed by Ya To Mot Commune.
