Recently, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MoLISA) promulgated Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in technical mechanics fields.

In the regulation on the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating with an intermediate or college degree in sewing equipment maintenance, issued with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is stipulated that after graduation from the intermediate-level sewing equipment maintenance program, learners can meet the competency requirements for positions in the industry, including:
- Basic sewing machine repair;- Specialized sewing machine repair;- Sewing equipment business;- Fixture manufacturing in the garment industry;- Technology transfer for sewing equipment manufacturers.
Moreover, the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate-level sewing equipment maintenance program allows them to continue developing at higher levels. Graduates possess the ability to self-learn and update scientific and technological advancements in the industry to enhance their competence or pursue further education at higher levels within the same industry, group of industries, or field of training.
