Tasks for supporting management and implementation of the Program for seeking and transferring foreign technologies (illustrative image)

Circular 08/2015/TT-BKHCN specifies the tasks for supporting the management and implementation of the Program which must meet the following conditions:

- Directly support the implementation of the Program's objectives and content.

- The tasks must include one of the following:

- Forming organizations or potential research groups to carry out bilateral and multilateral research cooperation tasks aligned with the Program’s priority directions through participation in international cooperation projects and programs;- Building a network of technology search experts;- Organizing international conferences and workshops in Vietnam on key, urgent, and interdisciplinary scientific and technological issues;- Organizing training, refreshing courses, short-term technology exploration and research cooperation abroad;- Developing specific mechanisms and policies for international integration activities on science and technology.

- The result of the task is a scientific report; forecast results; project draft; proposals on mechanisms and policies; models, processes; new research methods; databases; development of potential research organizations and groups, and other products.

Note: Based on the conditions stipulated above, organizations and individuals shall prepare the task explanation to support management and implement the Program according to Form C-QL in the Appendix issued together with this Circular.
