Duties and Powers of the Council for Promotion Review of Teaching Public Employees

According to Circular 12, the Council for Promotion Assessment of Public Employee Professional Titles teaching in public higher education institutions has the following duties and powers:

Chairman of the Council

- Responsible for organizing the implementation of the Council's duties according to regulations, directing the promotion assessment in accordance with the Promotion Assessment Regulations;- Assign responsibilities to each member of the Promotion Assessment Council;- Decide to establish the Secretariat, Dossier Review Committee, and Re-evaluation Committee;- Organize the receipt and preservation of dossiers, conduct the dossier assessment, and aggregate the promotion assessment results accordingly;- Report to the head of the agency or unit with the authority to organize the promotion assessment for public employees to consider and decide on the recognition of the promotion assessment results;- Resolve complaints and denunciations during the organization of the promotion assessment period.

Vice Chairman of the Promotion Assessment Council

- Assist the Chairman of the Promotion Assessment Council in managing the activities of the Promotion Assessment Council and carry out specific tasks of the Promotion Assessment Council as assigned by the Chairman.

Members of the Promotion Assessment Council

- The Chairman of the Promotion Assessment Council assigns specific tasks to ensure the activities of the Promotion Assessment Council are conducted accordingly.- The Promotion Assessment Council is allowed to use the seal and account of the authority organizing the promotion assessment in its activities.
