Dossier for the Management of Citizen Identification Card: Components and Requirements

The content has been stipulated in Circular 10/2016/TT-BCA issued by the Ministry of Public Security on March 3, 2016, regulating the citizen identification archive work.

Circular 10 regulates the dossier and documents regarding the issuance and management of Citizen Identification Cards, including:

- Citizen Identification Form;- Citizen Identification Information Receipt;- Citizen Identification Dossier Transfer Slip (if any);- Citizen Identification Information Adjustment Slip (if any);- Other documents related to the issuance and management of Citizen Identification Cards (if any).

In addition, Circular 10 also regulates the dossier and documents regarding the issuance and management of 9-digit Identity Cards, including:

- Identity Card Form;- Identity Card Fingerprint Record;- Identity Card Form Adjustment Slip (if any);- Identity Card Dossier Transfer Slip (if any);- Other documents related to the issuance and management of Identity Cards (if any).

Moreover, Circular 10 also regulates the dossier and documents regarding the issuance and management of 12-digit Identity Cards, including:

- Identity Card Form;- Identity Card Form Adjustment Slip (if any);- Dossier Transfer Slip (if any);- Other documents related to the issuance and management of Identity Cards (if any).
