After the dredging and maintenance of the maritime channels project has been completed and accepted, the Vietnam Maritime Administration shall recover the advance payments and settle the value of the completed dredging and maintenance of the maritime channels with the Maritime Safety Corporations and the consulting survey and supervision units.

When the volume of completed work is accepted according to the contract, the project owner shall prepare a payment request dossier and send it to the State Treasury. The dossier includes:
