Public Disclosure of Information Regarding the Socio-Economic Development Program for Rural Areas 2016 - 2025 - Illustration

According to Article 8 of Circular 07/2016/TT-BKHCN, the information about projects under the program supporting the application and transfer of scientific advances to promote socio-economic development in rural areas, mountainous regions, and ethnic minority areas from 2016 to 2025 includes:

- Name;- Objectives;- Content;- Expected products, organizations in charge;- Organizations supporting technology applications, projects managed by the central government or authorized for local management;- Duration of implementation;- Summary of project results under the Program.

All of this content must be publicly disclosed on the electronic information portal of the funding management unit (http://www.miennui.most.gov.vn) or on other mass media as per current regulations.

It should be noted that the communication about the results of tasks under the Program must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Science and Technology and the Law on Press. Localities proposing to order and apply technology from the project, the leading organization of the project, and the organizations supporting technology applications are responsible for organizing information dissemination and popularization of results to enhance the effectiveness of extending the Program's results.

Furthermore, the leading organization is responsible for registering and archiving the task results at the National Agency for Science and Technology Information under the Ministry of Science and Technology in accordance with the regulations in Circular 14/2014/TT-BKHCN dated June 11, 2014, issued by the Minister of Science and Technology, prescribing the collection, registration, archiving, and publication of information regarding scientific and technological tasks.
