From July 1, 2024, the levels of monthly benefits and preferential allowances for people with meritorious services in Vietnam are specified in Decree 77/2024/ND-CP.

On July 1, 2024, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 77/2024/ND-CP, amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree 75/2021/ND-CP that stipulate the levels of benefits, allowances, and preferential policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution, which was amended and supplemented by some articles of Decree 55/2023/ND-CP.
The levels of monthly benefits and preferential allowances for people with meritorious services in Vietnam from July 1, 2024, will be implemented according to the Appendix issued with Decree 77/2024/ND-CP. To be specific:
