This is one of the basic contents prescribed in Circular 17/2017/TT-BLDTBXH regarding the Student Affairs Regulations in secondary schools and colleges. To be specific:
1. Criteria for Awareness, Attitude, and Academic Performance
- Awareness and attitude in learning;- Awareness and attitude in participating in academic activities, extracurricular activities, and scientific research activities;- Awareness and attitude in participating in exams and competitions;- Spirit of overcoming difficulties and striving for better academic performance;- Academic performance.
2. Criteria for Evaluating the Awareness of Compliance with Laws and School Regulations
- Awareness of compliance with legal regulations for citizens, directives from the Ministry, sectors, and management agencies within the School;- Awareness of compliance with the school's internal rules, regulations, and other requirements.
3. Criteria for Evaluating the Awareness of Participation in Political-Social, Cultural, Artistic, and Sports Activities, Crime Prevention, Social Evils, and School Violence
- Awareness and effectiveness in participating in political, social, cultural, artistic, and sports training activities. Students with disabilities are assessed based on their health conditions to ensure fairness in each specific case;- Awareness of participating in public service, volunteering, and social work activities;- Participation in propaganda, crime prevention, and social evils prevention programs.
4. Criteria for Evaluating the Awareness and Results of Participation in Class Management, Union Activities, and Other School Organizations or Outstanding Achievements in Learning and Training Recognized by Competent Authorities
- Awareness, spirit, attitude, reputation, organizational skills, and work efficiency of students assigned to manage the class, Communist Party organizations, Youth Union, Student Union, and other organizations within the School;- Support and active participation in general activities of the class, department, and School;- Achievements in scientific research, participation in competitions, and technical innovation initiatives recognized and awarded by the School or competent authorities (certificates of merit, commendations...).
5. The School Principal, based on specific characteristics and conditions, will detail the evaluation points for each criterion within the contents according to the score framework stipulated in Article 9 of the Regulation.
