Content Management on Journalism within the Ministry of National Defense

According to Circular 03, the management of journalism in the Ministry of National Defense includes the following contents:

- Directing the construction, planning, and development plans of the journalism system within the Ministry of National Defense.- Issuing and organizing the implementation of legal documents on journalism; policies regarding journalism within the Ministry of National Defense.- Organizing information for the press and managing press information related to military, defense, and defense foreign affairs activities.- Training and improving the political, professional, cultural, and occupational ethics levels for journalism officers and reporters.- Proposing the Ministry of Information and Communications to issue, amend, supplement, and revoke press operation licenses.- Managing the activities of domestic and foreign journalists visiting agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense for propagating military, defense, and defense foreign affairs tasks.- Participating in international cooperation on journalism, cooperating with Vietnamese press agencies to manage activities of resident reporters abroad.- Checking the press archival work.- Organizing and directing the commendation work in journalism activities.- Inspecting the implementation of journalism work within the Ministry of National Defense; resolving complaints and denunciations according to legal regulations.
