Competition Titles in the Industry and Trade Sector

Circular 16 stipulates the commendation titles in the Ministry of Industry and Trade sector, including:

For individuals:

- National Emulation Warrior;- Emulation Warrior of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;- Grassroots Emulation Warrior;- Advanced Labor.

For collectives:

- Emulation Flag of the Government of Vietnam;- Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;- Excellent Labor Collective;- Advanced Labor Collective.

Additionally, Circular 16 also stipulates that to register for emulation titles, the following procedures must be followed:

- Regular emulation registration: Annually, units should organize individual and collective emulation registration for emulation titles (collective emulation registration forms should be sent to the immediate superior level by March 15; the emulation registration forms of subordinate units and individuals should be kept at the unit) to set goals for striving to achieve the emulation targets and serve as a basis for reward consideration.- Emulation registration per campaign (or thematic):

Note: Subordinate units of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and provincial Departments of Industry and Trade organizing emulation per campaign (or thematic) must proactively develop plans and register for emulation and reward forms and send them to the Ministry of Industry and Trade within 15 days from the date of launching the emulation movement.
