Compensation Levels for Individuals Handling Citizen Reception and Complaint Resolution in the Military

Here are the notable contents stipulated in Circular 25/2019/TT-BQP, which regulates policies on allowances for subjects in the Army performing tasks of receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback.

Personnel performing the tasks of receiving citizens, processing complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections in the military are entitled to the following levels of support:

- 100,000 VND/day/person, applicable to subjects specified in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 2 of Circular 25/2019/TT-BQP.- 80,000 VND/day/person, applicable to subjects specified in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 2 of Circular 25/2019/TT-BQP who are receiving policies allowances under Decision 72/2007/QD-TTg; Decision 42/2016/QD-TTg; Circular 137/2008/TT-BQP; Circular 54/2009/TT-BQP.- 50,000 VND/day/person, applicable to subjects specified in Clauses 3 and 4, Article 2 of Circular 25/2019/TT-BQP.
