Firstly, the report title: “Report on the results of judicial work for the first six months of the year and tasks, solutions for judicial work for the last six months of the year (year of the report).”

Secondly, content requirements of the report:

- Summarize and assess the situation, and results of the implementation of work in the fields under the management scope of the Ministry of Justice.

- Advisory work to help the leaders of ministries, central authorities, and local authorities in directing, managing, and coordinating work between units under ministries and central authorities and localities in the implementation of judicial work.

- Assess conveniences, difficulties, and obstacles in the implementation of tasks.

- Forecast directions and tasks for the last six months of the year (year of the report); solutions for organizing implementation and recommendations, proposals to higher authorities (if any).

- The report on the results of judicial work for the first six months of the year uses statistical data according to the Circular of the Minister of Justice that regulates certain contents on the statistical activities of the Judicial Sector.
