Circular 12: Guidelines for Reporting Judicial Work Results for the First 6 Months

According to the provisions of Circular 12/2019/TT-BTP, periodic reports on the results of judicial work under the management scope of the Ministry of Justice include reports on the results of judicial work for the first six months of the year and annual reports on the results of judicial work. Below is the complete guidance on the content requirements of the report, the entities responsible for implementation, and the outline of the report on the results of judicial work for the first six months of the year starting from February 15, 2020:

Firstly, the report title: “Report on the results of judicial work for the first six months of the year and tasks, solutions for judicial work for the last six months of the year (year of the report).”

Secondly, content requirements of the report:

- Summarize and assess the situation, and results of the implementation of work in the fields under the management scope of the Ministry of Justice.

- Advisory work to help the leaders of ministries, central authorities, and local authorities in directing, managing, and coordinating work between units under ministries and central authorities and localities in the implementation of judicial work.

- Assess conveniences, difficulties, and obstacles in the implementation of tasks.

- Forecast directions and tasks for the last six months of the year (year of the report); solutions for organizing implementation and recommendations, proposals to higher authorities (if any).

- The report on the results of judicial work for the first six months of the year uses statistical data according to the Circular of the Minister of Justice that regulates certain contents on the statistical activities of the Judicial Sector.

Thirdly, entities responsible for implementing the report:

- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, bodies under the Government of Vietnam;

- People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities.
