The State Bank has just issued Circular 43/2015/TT-NHNN stipulating the organization and operation of postal transaction offices under Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank on December 31, 2015. Furthermore, the procedure for the natural cessation of the postal transaction office operations shall comply with the legal provisions on the cessation of operations of a commercial bank's transaction office.
