According to the regulations on the minimum volume of knowledge, competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level and college level in the profession of mechanical equipment manufacturing issued with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the intermediate level mold manufacturing profession involves tasks such as designing and processing metal parts by machining mold details according to the technical requirements of drawings on machine tools, numerically controlled machines, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety in various production environments of all scales, meeting level 4 requirements in the Vietnam National Qualification Framework.
Mold manufacturing is a profession that demands extremely high precision, working with high-speed machine tools, posing many risks of safety, injury, and electrical hazards. Practitioners must have professional knowledge, skills, good political qualities, professional ethics, and a sense of serving the people.
Minimum volume of knowledge: 1,400 hours (equivalent to 50 credits).
