Appointment of professional titles for film editing and filming techniques (Illustrative Image)

Clauses 3 and 4 of Article 4 Draft Circular regulate the appointment of public employees to the professional titles of film editing and filming techniques within the Information and Communications sector as follows:

1. For the professional title group of film editing techniques

- Appoint to the professional title of film editing technique level I for public employees performing film editing tasks currently holding the rank or professional title equivalent to senior specialist;- Appoint to the professional title of film editing technique level II, code V11.11.32 for public employees currently holding the rank of senior film editor, code 17.151;- Appoint to the professional title of film editing technique level III, code V11.11.33 for public employees currently holding the rank of principal film editor, code 17.152;- Appoint to the professional title of film editing technique level IV, code V11.11.34 for public employees currently holding the rank of film editor, code 17.153.

2. For the professional title group of filming techniques

- Appoint to the professional title of filming technique level I, code V11.12.35 for public employees currently holding the rank of senior cameraman, code 17.148;- Appoint to the professional title of filming technique level II, code V11.12.36 for public employees currently holding the rank of principal cameraman, code 17.149;- Appoint to the professional title of filming technique level III, code V11.12.37 for public employees currently holding the rank of cameraman, code 17.150;- Appoint to the professional title of filming technique level IV, code V11.12.38 for public employees performing filming tasks currently holding the rank of officer or staff.
