On June 03, 2020, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued a Draft Circular guiding the appointment and salary classification for the professional titles of sound technicians, broadcasters, film editing technicians, and cameramen in the field of Information and Communications.

Article 4 Draft Circular stipulates the appointment of public employees to the professional titles of sound technicians and broadcasters within the Information and Communications sector as follows:
1. For the group of sound technician professional titles
- Appointment to the professional title of Sound Technician Grade I, code V11.09.23 for public employees currently holding the grade of Senior Sound Technician, code 17a.191;- Appointment to the professional title of Sound Technician Grade II, code V11.09.24 for public employees currently holding the grade of Principal Sound Technician, code 17a.192;- Appointment to the professional title of Sound Technician Grade III, code V11.09.25 for public employees currently holding the grade of Sound Technician, code 17a.193;- Appointment to the professional title of Sound Technician Grade IV, code V11.09.26 for public employees performing sound technician duties currently holding the grade of Clerk or Employee;
2. For the group of broadcaster professional titles
- Appointment to the professional title of Broadcaster Grade I, code V11.10.27 for public employees currently holding the grade of Senior Broadcaster, code 17.145;- Appointment to the professional title of Broadcaster Grade II, code V11.10.28 for public employees currently holding the grade of Principal Broadcaster, code 17.146;- Appointment to the professional title of Broadcaster Grade III, code V11.10.29 for public employees with a university degree currently holding the grade of Broadcaster, code 17.147;- Appointment to the professional title of Broadcaster Grade IV, code V11.10.30 for public employees performing broadcaster duties currently holding the grade of Clerk or Employee.
