- Depriving the right to live; abandonment, neglect, trafficking, kidnapping, exchanging, or seizing property of social work service users.- Sexual abuse, violence, exploitation, or harassment of social work service users; deceiving social work service users.- Obstructing social work service users from exercising their rights and duties; forcing social work service users to do things beyond their capacity.- Organizing, supporting, inciting, or compelling social work service users to do or not do something against their will; beating, confining, or tying up social work service users; depriving social work service users of food, drink, or sleep, or ceasing to provide medical care for social work service users.- Using, enticing, inciting, provoking, exploiting, or luring social work service users to commit illegal acts, or insulting the honor and dignity of others.- Failing to provide or concealing, obstructing the provision of information about harmed social work service users or social work service users at risk of exploitation or violence to family, educational institutions, authorities, or relevant individuals.- Discriminating against social work service users based on personal characteristics, family circumstances, gender, ethnicity, nationality, belief, or religion; forcing social work service users to follow or not follow a religion.- Selling or providing social work service users with alcohol, beer, tobacco, addictive substances, other stimulants, unsafe food, or harmful substances; forcing social work service users to wear inappropriate or abnormal clothing.- Using one social work service user to discipline another social work service user; threatening or scolding, insulting social work service users with inappropriate or vulgar language.- Refusing, failing to provide, or providing insufficient or untimely support, intervention, or treatment to social work service users at risk or in dangerous situations, or suffering from bodily harm, or damage to honor and dignity.- Refusing a case already undertaken upon the request of a social service organization, except in cases of force majeure or as prescribed by law.- Disclosing personal life, individual secrets, or family secrets of social work service users without their consent or the consent of their guardians.- Exploiting the receipt of substitute care for social work service users to harm them; exploiting State policies and support from organizations or individuals intended for social work service users for personal gain.- Providing social work services to social work service users with conflicting interests in the same case or other cases as prescribed by law.- Accepting or demanding additional unlawful money or benefits from social work service users beyond the agreed remuneration and expenses under the social work service contract.- Accepting or demanding any money or additional benefits when providing social work services to those eligible for social support policies under the law.- Exploiting the practice of social work, using the name of social work to negatively impact national security, public order, public safety, or infringing upon the interests of the State, public interests, or the legitimate rights and interests of organizations or individuals.
