On October 14, 2024, the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam issued Circular 68/2024/TT-BQP regulating the training, examination, issuance of military driving licenses; and enhancing legal knowledge on road traffic for operators of special-use motorcycles under the management of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam.
